The interview was very laid back and low threat, I was able to ask questions and they were able to answer them for me. They were very professional and had all the answers to my questions, even if they didn't know the answer they were able to get back with me.

Very easy. Manager calls you in and ask you a variety of questions. If you are qualified for the position and have experience you should get the job. The turnover rate is high and the company chooses themselves over the people everytime. Getting in the door is easy lasting will be a challenge.

Contacted by out of state recruiter, sort phone interview that was mainly a job description. Second interview was in person with location supervisor and manager. No questions were asked, they just described the working conditions and pros and cons of the job. 3rd interview was a phone interview, most professional and difficult
