Ryder System Rental Manager Trainee interview questions

Overall my interview experience with Ryder was negative. After being contacted by a recruiter I was interviewed on site by the hiring manager who led me to believe I was guaranteed the position. About a week later I was asked to do a third interview and then I was ghosted for a week. I emailed with no response for days. When they did respond it was just an automated decline. No call, no personal email, not even an explanation as to why.
