3 Interviews. 1st: Normal interview... usually it's about the resume.. Then the recruiter will explain the company's background and the job description. 2nd: Interview with the department's managers. Questions would usually determine if you're fit for the job based on your experience. 3rd: Interview with the managing partner. He will ask you if you're creative, hardworking and a team player. Then he will ask you to prove it.
