Interview
First I was asked to come to the office for an interview with the HR Manager, basically about my background , preferences and personality were measured.
Next interview was with the department manager and associate manager who asked two technical questions. The last interview was with the managing partner for Quality.

Interview
3 Interviews.
1st: Normal interview... usually it's about the resume.. Then the recruiter will explain the company's background and the job description.
2nd: Interview with the department's managers. Questions would usually determine if you're fit for the job based on your experience.
3rd: Interview with the managing partner. He will ask you if you're creative, hardworking and a team player. Then he will ask you to prove it.
