Interview
The interview process consisted of multiple stages conducted through my college's on-campus placement drive. It began with a written aptitude and technical assessment, followed by a group discussion. Candidates who qualified then attended two technical interview rounds, followed by a managerial interview and a final HR interview that evaluated communication skills, technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and overall cultural fit.

Interview call came from the company HR. The interview was scheduled to happen in Pune. So, the travel expenses are reimbursed by the company. There were only 2 rounds of interview. First round was an elaborate written test (3 hours) and the second round was manager round.
