      Chemistry R&D Intern Interview

      8 Feb 2013
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at SLB

      Interview

I received a phone call asking me if I was available for a phone interview the next day. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. The interviewer asked me about my previous lab and work experience. After the interview was over, I asked when I could expect to hear from them. He told me two weeks, but I didn't get an email from them until four months later, in which they offered me the job. From what I've heard, my experience doesn't seem to be typical of the company.
