Talked to recruiter at college career fair, gave him my resume and applied online. Was contacted a few weeks later for an on-campus behavioral interview. Interview was with an alumna, lasted 30 minutes and pretty relaxed overall. Mostly went over my resume and talked about my background and situations when working with others. Waited for over month and heard back with an offer.
