Interview
The hub has engaged a third party recruiter to hire a large number of accountants due to expansion. They will collect all your information including resume. If your criterias meet their requirement, the recruiter would do a phone interview. I had 2 rounds of phone conversations, 1 for information confirmation and 1 on standard questions on basic accounting and general question. After that, you will be given online links for logical and behaviour accessment. Once everything is done, they will then decide if you will proceed to one-on-one interview, 1 round by the department manager and 1 round by the department director if you succeed the first round. The whole process took me only 1 week if things go smooth.

Face to face interview with the team lead. A little bit of general knowledge on accounting were ask (debit, credit, accounts payable and accounts receivable) practically easy if you have strong basic on acc knoledge

The interviewer just read through my resume and since he is a foreigner and he didn't know anything about what activities that I joined in Malaysia and I explained everything to him. Then, he asked me what else should I let him know? And he asked me to do some accounting questions. That's all.

Interview
Applied online and received a brief phone call describing the job and inviting me to the interview. The interview was scheduled for the next week and lasted for about 35-40 minutes. They started with general questions such as and slowly moved to the technical questions intended to test my knowledge and overall understanding.
