Interview
First you hace ante exam, this all about basic fisics and maths,
Then you have an interview with personal questions (The kind of that always make human resources departament) and why you are looking for this kind of job.
If you fit their expecting they invite you to a second round, for this i have to go to another city they pay all travel expenses, this round is The most importand they evaluate you since you arrive there, you have to show interest, participate in all de activities, and talk and ask questions to the managers. There you will have an outdoor activitie this si one of The most impotant, show interest and show that you have no problem in get dirty, you will have a dinner with several managers there you will have The oportunity of know them better and ask about their areas, in The last day you will have a panel with all The managers (they are going to give you 5 questions and you have to make a presentation) then their are going to make you some questions, just answer all of them with calm. In this round you make some exams too, they are going to give you something to read and then you have to do a multiple choice exam. You dont sleep in all this days, because you have to study at nights.

A situation where your work tool do not work, and how you resolve the problem.
1st round interview included short technical question, and telling about myself and the projects I worked on.
Not difficult/or hard, but just need to explain well enough to tell the logic process
It was an on campus hiring. First they shortlisted based on CV. Then second round was group discussion where we were given abstract topics like "Half filled glass of water" and were asked to discuss. This was also an eliminatory round. The final round was more of a HR round, they asked behavioural questions, few puzzles (very easy) and general knowledge questions
