2 Phone interviews with the recruiting agency. They found me on LinkedIn and asked for a call.
I passed successfully the two interviews.
Next meeting was with the project manager, an one to one.
The interview was straightforward and gave me a clear understanding of what the role requires and what the company expects. The questions were relevant and focused, and the conversation felt balanced—not just one-sided. I appreciated the opportunity to express my perspective and found the overall tone professional and respectful.
It also gave me a decent sense of the company culture, which seemed structured but not rigid. The interviewer asked meaningful questions, listened actively, and didn’t waste time on fluff. That kind of efficiency is something I value.
