      REMS Program Interview

      Application

The process took 1 day. I interviewed at SLB in Jan 2011

      Interview

There was an initial phone screening which consisted of standard questions about technical background. The recruiting session started with all recruits (about 10 in all) giving a 7 minute presentation to a panel of about 15 current employees. Presentations were mostly on master's thesis work or other school projects. The panel did not ask many questions after each presentation. This was followed by 3 one-on-one interviews which consisted of background and technical questions. Each interview lasted about 20 minutes, and they were pretty laid-back. A decision was given about two weeks after the recruiting session.
