Very approachable people, mixture of experience and technical questions. First round was assessment centre with "tell us about you" presentation, technical test in your field and 1:1 interview. Second round was phone interview with technical centre, then onsite at technical centre with 4 interviews and technical presentation. Everyone that I met was friendly, engaging and genuinely interested in me.
1st round is gd. if you qualify you goto interview round. In interview communication and to the point answers are important. Either they ask questionfrom the syllabus they are not too tough.

Which artificial lift system is used in sand producing well?
They phoned me for a basic screening after 3 weeks of my application being submitted. I then invited to 1st stage interview. I have not gone through the first interview yet but I will be updating the outcomes as soon as I got them.
I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at SLB (Dhanbād) in Nov 2022

Technical Round 2 -Technical based on Reservoir basics, like Reservoir simulation, PROSPER, drive mechanisms, capillary pressure vs saturation, and more basic questions.
