Complete waste of time. First round is just a phone call with an HR Person, who may or may not actually just be a contract worker from Nigeria. They were very nice but not a great start. Second round was with their "Lead Financial Engineers" both of them like 25 and less than 5 years experience, one of them was incredibly hard to understand and spent the entire time just asking either very specific financial math questions or very vague generalized questions like "Explain the types of derivatives". The language barrier was pretty bad for a job in Connecticut, when I asked about the work culture they just told me the State the job was in. They seemed to be under the impression that they were going to land someone with a Masters and 5 years of risk modelling experience in CT for 70k a year. They ghosted me after the second interview but frankly probably not a bad thing. Doesn't strike me as a company that cares about much.
