Personality check if I would be a good fit for the company and role. 2nd Stage: Competency Based: Covered previous experience, interlinked these with project management practices. Lots of questions around overcoming challenges, working with high profile stakeholders, the demands of the role. Overall, a very good experience, although no offer was provided.
