Baring mind I've been to 4 interviews for Sainsburys 'customer assistant' and luckly this was 5th time I passed on a 'Counter assistant role' I proceded in doing the online questions which was quite easy and quick, I'm used to passing it was a breeze. Then I got invited in for a telephone based interview, passed that then got offered a interview in the store. The interview was quiet a breeze. There was two parts. Firstly the assesment whereby I was asked to go onto shop floor and point out what was going well and what could be asked for improvement. And then the face to face interview. Three days later, I got a email and a text saying they offered me a job at a Good rate of pay, well for a 18 year old anyways. TIP: always make eye contact with the interviewer, answer questions, ask questions, show intrests.
