I applied online, completed an online questionnaire and an interview on the phone. Once I had passed the initial interview I was then interviewed and assessed in-store by the store manager.

Interview
The manager asked some questions, but it seemed that he was in a rush to end the interview quickly. I didn't feel good about that situation, and it made me stressed.
Very easy just questions about yourself I got offered the job there and then and the process was very straight forward from there on. I handed my cv in to store and had a email saying they would like to interview so went the following week and then started there 2 weeks later

Interview
Quite a simple process, normal interview questions such as why do you want to work here, what are your strengths and weaknesses, can you provide an example when you went above and beyond. Also there was a test to point out hazards of the shop for safety and a maths test.
