Picked up an application form, posted it back in store then waited 8 weeks for a call for an interview with night manager. Just sat in his office and talked through my cv asked a few questions then was offered the job.

Quick, robust, and simple questions. Hiring Manager described the position and expectations well. Able to learn and ask questions about the role at Sainsbury.
Overall a great experience, with low to moderate level of diffculty.

Informal - done in 15 minutes. Asked questions about previous work and if I had been employed in the last 6 months. Did wear shirt and tie going to interview however the whole process was very laidback and easy.
