Applied through Campus Drive conducted at my university twice. For Internship in 3rd year and for placements in my Final year. Every year the same process is followed. An Online assessment conducted by a third party which consists of multiple rounds of logical reasoning, Numerical reasoning, and a short technical round. Those shortlisted in the Online round are called for Group Discussion. The GD for Saint gobain is one of the most innovative and well planned interview process that I have ever attended. There is a puzzle that needs to be solved by the team in 15 minutes. the clues required to solve the puzzle are distributed among the team members, requiring them to discuss, collaborate and find the solution. This round is followed by a short personality assessment test Then a Technical + HR Interview Final Interview is conducted by the MD of Saint Gobain in their Chennai Office. This round can be considered the most difficult one to clear.
