I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Saint-Gobain (Pardubice) in Mar 2010
Interview
Three time postponed interview from company's side. English test right before the interview. Interview itself was fast and fine. People in comitee were straight and clear. No technical questions at all.
I had two virtual interviews and an onsite interview. It was very long and tedious. I had to create and present for twenty minutes on my background and experience as well as a technical presentation. Then there was four back to back 45-min one-on-one interviews and a 10 minute follow up call the next day.

Got a presentation of the research centre, the mission and aim of the job, the coworkers/team and then got to ask questions myself and finally I got asked a few questions that were rather general, nothing really technical.
