I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sam's Club (Bentonville, AR) in Jan 2018
Interview
Extremely easy questions. The interviewers just found out what position I was applying for when the interview started. They had no idea whom they are interviewing. It seemed to me the interviewers were not completely ready. Besides, they may ask the questions they know. For example, you are applying for mobile engineers and the interviewers are web developers they ask you web related questions.

Interview
A few days before I got an email saying the interview has two rounds: coding and design. Coding round involved Java and no Leetcode questions. It was meant to simulate real work as the requirements changed. Design round just threw a system design question at you and I was not prepared for it.
