Going in for an in-person interview soon. They called a week before to do a pre-screen and asked basic questions about my availability and asked if I am able to perform certain tasks.

2 interviews were conducted, one with the hiring manager, and the second one there was a hiring team. Each interview was around 20 minutes long and the questions were rather simple and not too difficult

Interview
It was a three step interview. First you met with the COS or the supervisor over you. Then you went to the store manager. after that, it was the manager that would be over you. After you got through the store manager interview, you didn't have to give a representation of how to sell merchandise. I had to demonstrate how to sell a phone and a pen.
