3 rounds and the were very thorough. Met with 3 different levels of the organization all of which asked me different questions. HR is very responsive and helpful with answering all questions.

They asked about history and relevance to the job I was applying to.
The interview process was pretty average. They made sure I could work certain shifts and be a member of a team. All of the questions were pretty basic and average.
Nice ir was quite lengthy but the office was nice and the interviewer was kind. I had to wait a long time which i was discouraged all in all the prices were good enough to skip

It was good and low stressful process. First step, set up for quick call. They asked me about my background, my experiences with customer services. At the end, aske for the next round of interview in-person.
