There was a very brief phone interview. Then I was invited for an in-person interview at their closest location. Following that interview, I was contacted and invited back for a second in-person interview.

Online application first, then fairly informal check-in, followed by in-person. Although for this position internal growth opportunity so the process was a bit different than from the initial process starting at the front register.

How do you handle demanding priorities as a manager?
It was very thorough, there were a lot of questions I didn't expect. They asked a lot of questions about my background. They asked where I lived and where and what I expected in the next 5 years. They wanted me to recommend someone too.
Process was straight and conducive. 1 interview in person and another virtually with more detailed questions on the second run. Get a better feel of the company. 1 process is straight forward.
