Interview
The application is online. Once they review the application, they call your references to verify. After they call you in for a first interview. An assistant manager calls you in for 1st interview. If that interview goes well, then the store manager calls you in for 2nd interview.

Online application first, then fairly informal check-in, followed by in-person. Although for this position internal growth opportunity so the process was a bit different than from the initial process starting at the front register.

How do you handle demanding priorities as a manager?
It was very thorough, there were a lot of questions I didn't expect. They asked a lot of questions about my background. They asked where I lived and where and what I expected in the next 5 years. They wanted me to recommend someone too.
Process was straight and conducive. 1 interview in person and another virtually with more detailed questions on the second run. Get a better feel of the company. 1 process is straight forward.
