I applied in-person. I interviewed at Savers (Dundas, ON) in Sept 2015

Interview

I had two separate interviews. One was with Rick.The other one was with ( someone I considered to be controlling) and the Back Manager named Lindsay. Rick was more laid back but very professional. He asked me questions about my back ground, experience, what did I know about Value Village. If I missed anything, he filled me in. He showed me around the store. Rick was very nice. Asked me to sign a form-stating that I was not allergic to dust and that I could lift 20 pounds.

What do you know about value Village and the founder ? What is your greatest weakness, what is your greatest strength? What have you done in your life that you are proud of Why do you want to work at value Village he told me about the benefit program. The RRSP program and at the end of the year they had profit-sharing. My experience with Rick was pleasant. He told me that I would be coming in for a second interview to meet with the back store manager, Lindsay 🙈🙊 oh no! Rick asked me why would I want to work at value Village in Flamboro Ontario?
