3 stages. 1 call 2 call 3 face to face. Call 1 was very much why have you applied, what do you do etc. Call 2 was more about what the role is and how would you solve these problems. Face 2 face was great, a fantastic Interview. Great feedback, great people. Well organised. Company asked very basic interview questions but were open to discussing and this created a really great interview. A lot of back & forth and where happy to share goals and had a clear path. Said in interview they paid the best in the industry but then came in with a very disappointing low ball offer unfortunately. 3 rounds of interviews later to be offered a low salary was disapointing
