Was for the GBM Web Analyst role for Fall 2026. 30 Minute behavioural and 30 minute technical (1 hour). Behavioural are all standard questions, technical included basic pair programming, medium leetcode, and SQL (not writing queries) but relational stuff.

2. You are given a sorted array with n distinct integers.
Suddenly, the elements randomly change value. Each element either increases by 2, decreases by 2, or stays the same.
Describe a way to sort this list again in O(n) time.

Only did the OA for their Velocity Software Engineer internship. 3 questions in 2 hours. 1 easy leetcode, 1 sql, 1 easy~medium leecode question The difficulty level is friendly and 2 hours is more than enough.
