take one day Hr will call back to tell you the result. First,hr introduced this job requirement and what's the shifting you will be available. You work authorization. Ask you some moderate questions. Very friendly, you will feel less stress. NO negotiate with this position.

Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
