It was a recorded interview and had to answer 8 questions with 5 minutes each question. It was mostly based on your general qualifications, your experience, how you handled difficult situations, how you dealt with your colleagues, what are your weakness
Very chilled and eye opening. They asked me a few questions and more details on my resume. They were very patient and listened. Just be very authentic too it saves

Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
