      Interview

      The first stage involved taking a video interview.You are asked five questions which are behaviourial in nature.After that, I recieved two email to complete online assessment exercises. The first assessment required you to complete a questionnaire that would help the recruiter assess your personality and see if you are a right fit for the role. The second assessment was a simulation exercise to see how you would perform on the job as it simulates a typical day in the life of a Customer Representative.The next stage was a telephone interview with a HR recruiter from the bank which was lasted about 50 minutes. The recruiter was very pleasant and she asked behavioural questions.It is very important that you give live examples of how you handled such situations in the past.

      Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
