3 rounds, 1 technical interview, 1 case interview and 1 meeting with the group head. The case was a set of financial statements with a set of questions asking about the health of the company and recommendations for the type of credit to extend to the company

Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
