video interview answering 8 questions, then a half hour online interview with a hiring lady. Lots of
behavioural questions: tell me time when...etc. Then an online questionnaire and simulation. The simulation is timed and PAY ATTENTION to every detail!! Now I have to wait 2 weeks to hear back from them

Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
