Interview
Hiring is done only internally or through a employee referral. Interviewer was not prepared (did not know who was sitting before them) and started the interview late. Interviewer said "Um" a lot and had to refer to a sheet to pick out a question to ask.
I had to re-submit my resume and application as the interviewer misplaced it and requested it again. The background check may take up to a month.

Very chilled and eye opening. They asked me a few questions and more details on my resume. They were very patient and listened. Just be very authentic too it saves

Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
