phone interview, followed by face to face with Area Manager. questions were set and a process to be followed - questions were very similar which was a bit aukward as felt had already answered it previously...

Quick and easy but dont tell you what you're in for when you start and they also forget to mention how bad some stores are run which you're forced to work in before you start properly
