This is why we love Glassdoor--we would never have known something like this happened without this feedback.
First off, if even half of what you say is true, then we owe you an apology. There appear to have been multiple breakdowns in our process when you went through it, and that created a bad experience for you. This is just unacceptable on our part.
The good news is that in part because of your complaint, we have identified and fixed the problems that caused your bad experience. It sucks that you had to go through them, but we hope your experience will now ensure no one else suffers this fate.
So thank you for letting us know about this so we can fix it, and again, we apologize for not communicating in a prompt way with you.
