      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SecureLink (TX) (Austin, TX) in Jan 2022

      Interview

It was easy to apply and the assessment was standard. I got through the paper process and was told I did "really well." I had to do the assessment through a video conference in front of the recruiter. The communication ended there. This company prides itself on communication throughout the entire recruitment process but they let me down hard on that. I did not hear ANYTHING after the video interview. It was only until I emailed the recruiter that initially reached out to me that I received AN AUTOMATE MESSAGE saying they have decided not to move forward with my application. I did not receive ANY feedback at all. I am extremely disappointed. I had very high hopes for this company. I was very excited about the opportunity and had not looked forward to a job more than this time. I was stoked about the company, the benefits, the culture... only to be let down by a bot in the middle of recruitment. Shame.
