The process wasn't too long and complicating, but you have to wait some time for the internal process to play out. I would recommend following up with your recruiter and hiring manager because there is a good amount of people possibly interviewing for the position

Interview
Phone conversation with recruiter, then phone conversation with manager. I did not hear anything back for about a month, then they suddenly needed someone right away. One in person interview, very easy going. Its not cosmetics experience they are looking for, or even retail, though that of course helps. More about your core competencies.
