Friendly, lots of question and hypothetical situations in regards to customer service. Makeup portfolio was appreciated. Focus is on product knowledge and friendliness. Asked about retail background, what trainings I would be interested in. Also how hard I am willing to work to move up into a management position. Also my timeline I expect to management.

basic interview process... generic questions. Asked about hypothetical scenarios and how you would handle them. Also talked a lot about team work and color work as well. Over all it was pretty easy and straight forward. Everyone was nice and polite.
