I was referred by a friend who was a store manager at another location. I was contacted and went in to do my interview at the location in which i would be hired. I was asked questions about my back ground etc. and told that i would be contacted within a certain amount of time as i was initially interviewed as a seasonal.

Pretty standard interview. A lot of the questions emphasized selling to the customer so focus on that. If they ask what your favourite product is, don’t just say what it is. Try to sell it to the interviewer.

10 minute call over the phone, asked maybe around 10 ish common interview questions. Relatively easiy interview process and then they ask about availability, right to work, etc. at the end.
During the group interview process, all participants were asked the same set of structured questions. These included questions about industry knowledge, customer service skills, and several realistic scenario-based problem-solving situations.
