The recruiter rescheduled multiple times, making me wait for weeks to hear back. Both the hiring manager and recruiter requested an assessment with eight bullet points due in just 2 days, despite limited information. It took 15 pages to address all the bullet points. The hiring manager's communication seemed unprofessional and abrupt. Additionally, I was surprised with an online Excel test without any prior information from the recruiter.
