Smooth, 2 rounds of interviews, both 1:1 with the hiring manager and panel of senior and staff researchers. Asked behavioral questions in the first round, background, and career development. 2nd round was profolio presentation

The Interviewer was a Senior Project Manager. Out of the 30 minutes of the interview, she talked for at least 20 minutes about herself, I wasn't even asked much, just the basic stuff but nothing technical, which I was prepared for. I didn't even have time to ask questions about the role, etc, it was bad.
