I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ServiceNow in Oct 2019
Interview
I went to career fair, and after talking to one of the representatives there, he told me to come to an on-campus interview tomorrow. On-campus interview was about 30 minutes long. He asked about my work experiences and project experiences, but I didn't have to do any coding interviews. However, my friend said he had a basic coding interview, so it really depends on the interviewer. Then 3-4 weeks later, I received a zoom interview.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ServiceNow (San Diego, CA)
Interview
Recruiter Call and then Technical interview with 3 software engineers. They worked with you as you solved the problem. There are no test cases, it is like a system design problem.
Pretty straightforward, had to follow up with the recruiter a few times though as they are a little slow but the final interview was 3 back-to-back interviews, one behavioral, one technical behavioral where they asked a super simple programming loops question, and one hiring manager.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Standard behavioral questions (use STAR format and you'll be good)
My First round was a Recruiter Interview where I was asked a couple of behavioral questions. The second/ final round was a coding interview with a panel of 3 engineers.
