      Two interviews in and they literally ghosted me without any feedback or update. I have never in my professional career ever been treated so poorly by any other company I interviewed with or worked for. Extremely unprofessional and I am happier that they ghosted me rather than working for such a disorganized and unprofessional organization.

      I would say the worst experience in my 25 years of career in IT! This is a bit long so bear with me! I have tried ServiceNow for Support leadership roles 3 times with a total of 11 interviews all with the same outcome: "They promoted someone internally". There is nothing wrong with internal promotions, sure but wasting people time and asking them to do several interviews while you know you want someone internal for the role is not right for sure! In all cases, I had to go to office and meet leadership face to face and talk for over an hour while they were taking notes and based on what they kept saying were amazed by answers and our discussions. Not even once, but several times to meet different people! They were doing this while they knew they want to promote someone internally anyway! A few point's I can see here: -Everyone I met there from TA to Support leaders all have zero transparency! You can see it's all politics! -Relatively inexperienced managers all with minimum exposure to leadership coming straight from technical roles. I got the feeling they advertise externally then practice their interview skills to tick the box otherwise why you want to waste people's time?
