The first round with HR was very straightforward. The second step was to present a case study (they mention that there is no right or wrong). Two people were supposed to be part of the case study presentation. However, the second person did not join (I was only made aware during the call). The person interviewing did not let me speak and started interrupting and asking questions. Overall, I did not see a true process in place, it was very on the flow.
