We’ve taken some time to look back at this set of interviews. As you mention, it is was back in December 2018. Unfortunately, at that time, it did take us longer than usual to go through the interview process, which is understandably frustrating when you’re looking for a new role.
We want everyone who has an interview with us to have a great experience and we’re sorry that yours was not what we would have wanted it to be.
Throughout 2019 we have worked really hard to speed up all of our processes, and we’ve worked extensively on our candidate experience.
We’ve taken steps to make finding nearby parking as easy as possible for our candidates. This is one of the major improvements we’ve made from candidate feedback we’ve received since December 2018.
We’ve also worked on improving the information we send our candidates before their interview. We aim to give applicants the information they need, and clearly as possible, so candidates can prepare effectively ahead of the day.
We have looked at the communication with candidates for roles from back in December 2018, and our records show we had contacted everyone applying for these roles, so if we have missed anything in contacting you, please let us know as we’d like to put that right.
