Contacted me through a third party website. Initial HR screen followed by a technical phone screen and on-site. Whole process took 2-3 weeks. Onsite included 4 interviews which had different coding and design questions. Most of them should be easy if you prepare through the standard interview preparation books and understand their business. In one case interviewer was not confident and didn't know what he is looking for and mostly went through a list on his computer. Another onsite coding interview was not so pleasant, the interviewer would constantly push you to write code his way. Not sure about the benefits of coding interview in this case. Finally got feedback that they would not like to move forward. They collected compensation requirements prior to the interview and were fine with it. However, during the onsite visit they mentioned about not being able to meet compensation requirements because they are a startup.
