Interview
Got a call to interview. Interviewed a few days later and got an offer later that day. The staff were nice and friendly. The process went quick because they were looking to fill the position quickly. I would have started a week later had I accepted the offer. I turned it down due to it not being the unit placement I wanted and short notice for starting.

Question 1
How would you deal with a patient in pain and the doctor will not order more pain meds for you? The patient is screaming and throwing things at you.
If selected, you will be emailed to select an available interview date. Once there, there will be a panel of interviewers who made me feel comfortable, and asked the general questions like tell me about yourself, why should we hire you, etc
Was interviewed by 2 people, very casual and not much conversation. They seem to be scoring your answers while looking at your portfolio. Total was about 15 minutes, went by super fast.

It was a panel with unit managers, very welcoming. They asked questions back and forth from a pre-made list. Varying on topics relating working with others, prioritization, experiences, ethical dilemma.
