You have to answer preprogrammed questions using their video recording app. You can rehearse as many times as needed and replay your interview question to see how you did. Once you have completed the nine questions the interview gets uploaded and a messaged that states they will get back to you once your interview has been reviewed. While I am not completely comfortable on camera, I interview was not that bad. The purpose of the interview should be how qualified you are to do the job, experience providing excellent customer service and enthusiasm for the job. I have a great attitude, plenty of customer service experience, and several degrees. I received a response saying that not only was I not going to be selected, but to never reapply to them again. There is nothing in my background that would prohibit me from getting employment. After reading many reviews I realized that they are discriminating on age and possibly appearance. Age and appearance have nothing to do with how well you can perform your job unless you are physically handicapped. I would even say that I am more physically fit than most people in their 30's because I run half marathons and lift weights. My response to this company is to advise others to never do business with them.

It was short.I applied and had to wait about two weeks because they said they were not hiring at the time but would reach out if something opened up. Answered a few short questions about how I’d handle situations and a video of myself saying my name and address.
