Shoprite Supermarkets Interview Questions

Selection interview telephonically a few hours before the face to face interview. One face to face interview by the head of HR, asking general questions without a score sheet, and that was it.

Very easy, just tell them exactly what you want up front so they don’t get caught off guard when you want to change your hours. Luckily they were flexiable with mine and was able to have 3 days off while being in school

The interview process was face to face. I initially sent an application online after learning they had an opening. I learned about it after visiting their store. The interview itself, I can personally say that it was I think on my own opinion was so far so good. It was smooth and as professional as expected.

Single in-person interview, was hired on the spot. Interviewer was very kind and welcoming, and the entire process was a breeze. Was a great first job, and taught me a lot.

Asked for past work history and experience. Asked about work ethic, and how you work with a team. Asked if you are proficient in Word, Excel, and Power Point. It was a very nice interview.

I entered a room, and they asked me about myself and my job experience. She asked me why I would like to join the Shoprite team, she was very nice, and I felt very welcome. She then told me that she will definitely call me

You meet with the hiring manager/managers at the scheduled date. You will be asked a couple of questions about yourself and your qualifications . You will have to provide detailed information about what you are asked about.

There was no interview for this position. High school job. They just hire you if you seem like a good fit. It was very quick and easy. I had a job within the week of applying.

Relaxed and easy. Asked fairly common questions and felt more like a conversation rather than an actual interview. Don't be too nervous going in, after all it's a supermarket :)
