After having completed 5 interviews, they have disappeared. Not even an email saying they have moved forward with another candidate. It is a lack of respect, all the time I have invested preparing for the interviews, completing the background checks, and not even an automatic email informing me that they would not move forward with my profile. They should urgently review the selection process.
